After trying multiple apps, I realized the problem wasn’t me, it was the fact that these apps weren’t structured in a way that my brain best learns and processes information.

Also, as someone who works best single-tasking, a simple notebook is the perfect analog tool to organize the critical information you need. It’s low-cost, portable, pleasing to touch, and there’s an overwhelming amount of research that shows writing things down helps with our learning and memory.
