That’s an interesting point about Generation Xers. I’m merely speculating but perhaps it’s because these technologies were introduced to them much later and therefore they’ve found a way to incorporate them into their established lifestyle rather than Millennials who perhaps create a lifestyle around these technologies.

I wish I could only schedule calls with clients on a certain day of the week, instead I tend to schedule them within a certain time block in the afternoon and leave the morning for the most cognitively demanding tasks. If you have any other tips, I’d love to hear them.
